Shift Supervisor (all genders)

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor (all genders) to join our Burger King® restaurant in ORT on a full-time basis.

The Burger King® system operates more than 17,800 restaurants and serves over 11 million guests every day in 100 countries worldwide. In Germany, the brand has been established since 1976 and now includes over 750 Burger King® restaurants. One of these locations is our restaurant in ORT, where we would be delighted to welcome you as a motivated Shift Supervisor (all genders).

Your key responsibilities:

• Independent management of restaurant shifts

• Ensuring guest satisfaction as well as managing cash and safe balances

• Compliance with hygiene and product safety standards

• Motivating, training, and developing your team, combined with effective staff scheduling

• Receiving goods and monitoring stock levels

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the hospitality sector, or relevant experience in system catering, service, hospitality, or retail

• Initial leadership experience is an advantage, or a strong motivation to take on responsibility

• Good German language skills to communicate effectively with guests and team members

• Strong team spirit and customer service orientation

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle

• Friendly, confident appearance combined with reliability
